Managing Partner & Tax Advisor

Troy Martin doesn’t just interpret the tax code—he leverages it as a strategic tool for wealth creation and business growth. With 35+ years advising business owners, executives, and affluent families, he’s known for clarity, confidence, and results.

His proactive work spans advanced tax and estate planning, succession, M&A, and value maximization. Beyond Martin Tax & Advisory, Troy owns Elite Esthetics Academy and Renegade Rentals, bringing a true operator’s perspective. Outside work, he enjoys riding Harleys and dirt bikes, fly fishing, diving, golf, travel, and time outdoors with family and friends.

Brady Martin, CPA

Partner & Tax Advisor

Brady is a founding partner of Martin Tax & Advisory and is committed to serving as a trusted advisor through every stage of his clients’ lives and businesses. He believes the greatest value of an advisor is built through long-term relationships rooted in trust, consistency, and genuine care. Brady takes time to understand each client’s unique goals, family dynamics, and circumstances so he can deliver advice that truly fits their needs. He views himself as a teammate, always acting in the best interests of both his clients and their families.

Brady works closely with business owners across industries including construction, real estate, and manufacturing, with a focus on flow-through entities, tax planning, business structuring, and outsourced CFO services. He enjoys tackling complex challenges and continuously expanding his knowledge to better serve clients. A graduate of Utah State University with bachelor’s and master’s degrees in accounting, Brady was also an NCAA All-American and Mountain West Conference champion. Outside work, he enjoys golf, dirt biking, the gym, and time with his wife, Breann, and their son.

Brodie Martin

Brodie Martin is a Tax Manager at Martin Tax & Advisory. He graduated in December 2024 with his Bachelor’s in Accounting from Utah Valley University and is currently pursuing his CPA license.

As a QuickBooks Online expert, he enjoys solving complex problems and finding ways to save clients on taxes so they can focus on running their businesses. Outside of work, Brodie is happily married with a young daughter. He loves spending time with his family and being outdoors, especially fly fishing and golfing.

Brock Jones, CPA

Brock is a Tax Manager at Martin Tax & Advisory with a strong background in accounting and taxation. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Utah Valley University and his master’s degree in Accounting with an emphasis in Taxation from Southern Utah University. Brock is a licensed CPA, QuickBooks Pro Certified, and JobTread Certified professional. He specializes in tax planning, job costing, fractional CFO services, and business startups, with a primary focus on clients in the construction, real estate, and beauty industries.

In addition to his technical expertise, Brock brings valuable hands-on insight as a business owner himself, allowing him to understand challenges from both financial and operational perspectives. Outside of work, Brock enjoys traveling, playing sports—especially golf—and spending time with his wife, Macee, their daughter, and family and friends.

Devin brings a unique blend of technical and financial expertise to his role at Martin Tax & Advisory. With a background in computer science at the University of Utah and certifications in data analytics, personal training, bookkeeping, and QuickBooks ProAdvisor (Level 2), he brings a well-rounded, solutions-focused mindset to every client engagement.

He has worked across diverse industries including construction, pest control, and professional services. and a mentorship directly under the CEO of Energy Solutions. Outside the office, Devin is passionate about music, exercise, and enjoys golfing, snowboarding, playing piano, and sports. He spends much of his free time with his seven nieces and values strong family connections in both life and work.
